Hello girls, in this post we are going to give you three ideas for prepare healthy smoothies. this post is for who wants to eat a healthier ; because we know that chocolate and sweets are delicious but we have to eat healthy, drink lots of water and do sport. We hope you enjoy the post :)
Ingredientes:
cítricos y piña
- 2 naranjas
- 1 pomelo
- ¼ de una piña
- 1 vaso de leche
- 1 plátano
- 10 moras azúles
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar moreno
- ½ taza de copos de avena
- ½ cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
tres moras:
- 5 fresas
- un puñado de frambuesas
- 10 moras azules
- ½ de leche
- ½ taza de yogur griego
- ½ taza de hielo picado
Lo primero que hemos de hacer en los tres casos es poner en marcha la liquadora:

Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es partir las naranjas y el pomelo para sacarles el zumo, lo podemos hacer con las manos o usando un exprimidor. Ahora le quitamos la corteza a la piña y la cortamos en trozos grandes. Lo siguiente es meter todos los ingredientes en la licuadora y licuar hasta que este liquido. Este smoothie tiene mucha vitamina C y sirve para prevenir alergias y resfriados.
moras y plátano:
Esta vez lo único que tenemos que hacer es pelar el platano y meter todos los ingredientes, salvo la avena, en la licuadora. Licuamos hasta que esté espesito, ahora lo servimos en un vaso y le ponemos la avena por encima. Este smoothie es el preferido de las chicas chic, es súper nutritivo y es muy fácil preparalo; además es ideal si quieres salir a hacer deporte por la mañana y no quieres desayunar algo muy pesado.
tres moras:
Para preparar este smoothie lo que hemos de hacer es quitarle las hojitas a las fresas y lo siguiente es meter todos los ingredientes en la licuadora hasta que esté liquido. Notarás que es muy cremoso , ademas tiene mucho calcio y vitaminas. Este smoothie es perfecto si quieres tomarte un helado (pero un poco mas saludable); solo tienes que prepararlo y meterlo un ratito en el congelador.

- 2 teaspons of brown sugar
- ½ cup of granola
- ½ teaspoon of vainilla extract
- 5 strawberries
- a handful of raspberries
- 10 blackberries
- ½ cup of milk
- ½ cup of greek yoghurt
- ½ cup of cruched ice
PREPARATION:
The first thing we have to do in the three cases is plug the blender:
citrics and pineapple:
The first thing we have to do is extract the juice from the oranges and grapefruit , we can do it with our hands or using a juicer. Now we remove the crust of the pineapple and cut it in big pices. The next thing is put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until all is liquid. This smoothie has lots of vitamin C and helps prevent allergies and colds.
blakberries and banana:
This time all you have to do is peel the banana and put all the ingredients except the granola in the blender. Blend until all is liquid, now serve in a glass and we put the granola above. This smoothie is the favourite of the chic girls, is super nutritious and it's easy to prepare; also ideal if you want to go to do sport in the morning and you don't want to eat for breakfast something heavy.
three berries:
To prepare this smoothie all you have to do is remove the leaves from the strawberries and the next is put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until all is liquid. You will notice that it is very creamy, also has a lot of calcium and vitamins. This smoothie is perfect if you want to eat an ice cream (but a little healthier); you just have to prepare the smoothie and leave it in the freezer for some time.
