Hi girls, I did not write a post for a long time because I travelled to London and I have had exams, so sorry. All the chic girls have been busy but now we are back and the travel section has made a partnership with the recipes section for this reason the last travel post is about London and I am going to teach you how to make the best fish & chips at home. Hope you enjoy :)

PREPARATION:
1) Start cleaning your piece of cod or hake. The best way to do it is removing the skin and cutting the piece into several pieces .When you have the pieces, add salt and pepper (if you are using cod don't put salt, pepper only) if you want you can put a few drops of lemon juice.

2) Now we will prepare the accompanist; the first thing to do is to peel the potatoes, cut them and finally fry them in olive oil (I recommend don't using a fryer). Then we put previously boiled peas in a mortar with a little of melted butter and now we have to mash until puree.
3) Then we will prepare the breaded; we put 200g of flour, the cornstarch, the beer and a spoon of lemon juice in a bowl and mix. Then prepare the fish pieces and the hot oil (you can use the oil you used to fry the potatoes).
4) Pass the piece of fish through the flour, then through the mix of the breaded and fry; if you want a very cooked fish you must put the oil at medium temperature but if you want a juicy fish you must put the oil at high temperature.
5) Finally dry well the oil with paper and serve the fish.
