LISBOA DISHES

Hola chic@s, siguiendo con la colaboración que tenemos con el apartado de TRAVELS hoy os voy a dar una lista de platos que tenéis que comer si vais a Lisboa además intentaré daros la dirección de algunos locales para que podáis ir a los mejores sitios. Espero que disfruteis la ruta culinaria ;)

Hi girls , collaborating with TRAVELS section  today I 'll give you a list of dishes that you have to eat if you go to Lisbon and I will try to give you the address of some local so you can go to better places. Hope you enjoy the culinary route :)

PLATOS DE LISBOA:

• Uno de los ingredientes estrellas de la cocina portuguesa es el bacalao, en Lisboa tienen muchas recetas de bacalao que podéis probar en muchos restaurantes, pero yo os recomiendo ir al restaurante Claras em Castelo (Rua Bartolomeu Gusmāo, 31) esta  junto al castillo de San Jorge.
•  One of the most important ingredients Portuguese cuisine is the cod in Lisbon there are many cod recipes that you can eat in many restaurants, but I recommend going to the restaurant Claras em Castelo (Rua Bartolomeu Gusmão, 31) is near the castle of San Jorge.

• Otro plato importante es el pollo piri-piri y recomiendo que os lo comáis en la terraza del Jardim dos Frangos.
•  Another important dish is piri-piri chicken  and I recommend you eating on the terrace of Jardim dos Frangos.

• Si vais a Lisboa no podéis iros sin haber comido pasteles de Belem una deliciosa combinación entre hojaldre y crema; y en cualquiera pasteleria buena podéis encontrarlos.
•  If you go to Lisbon you can't go away without eating Belem cakes they are a  delicious combination of puff pastry and cream; you can find them in any good bakery.

• También son muy populares los "bolos de arroz" son unas magdalenas hechas con harina de arroz y son súper esponjosas; igualmente las podéis conseguir en todas las pastelerías.
•  Also the "bolos de arroz" are very popular they are like muffins made with rice flour and they are super fluffy; you can get this muffins in all the bakeries.
